When I took the project on, the company had IN HAUS VERA completed and BELINSKI getting ready to go on sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company had a site and it had stopped coping. That came together into a brief.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"case-facts-grid case-native\">\n\t<div class=\"container case-facts-grid__inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"row row-cols-1 row-cols-sm-2 row-cols-lg-4 case-facts-grid__grid\" data-case-facts-grid>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<article class=\"case-fact\" style=\"--i: 0\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"case-fact__title\">A premium look<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"case-fact__text\"><p>The site had to look expensive \u2014 to sell the standing of the developments rather than read like an off-the-shelf template.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/article>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<article class=\"case-fact\" style=\"--i: 1\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"case-fact__title\">Three languages<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"case-fact__text\"><p>Work in three languages: English, Russian and Georgian, and Georgian was non-negotiable \u2014 that is the local market.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/article>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<article class=\"case-fact\" style=\"--i: 2\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"case-fact__title\">Run from the admin panel<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"case-fact__text\"><p>The marketer changes texts, photos, terms and project statuses on their own, with no programmer involved.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/article>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<article class=\"case-fact\" style=\"--i: 3\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"case-fact__title\">Leads into the sales system<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"case-fact__text\"><p>Leads land in the sales system straight away and are duplicated to the sales managers in a messenger.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/article>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<article class=\"case-fact\" style=\"--i: 4\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"case-fact__title\">Unit inventory<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"case-fact__text\"><p>Show the current unit inventory \u2014 the same one the sales team has.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/article>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<article class=\"case-fact\" style=\"--i: 5\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"case-fact__title\">Speed on mobile<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"case-fact__text\"><p>Open fast on phones \u2014 the audience in Tbilisi is on mobile.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/article>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<article class=\"case-fact\" style=\"--i: 6\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"case-fact__title\">Speed of change<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"case-fact__text\"><p>At a property developer the edits never stop \u2014 prices, terms, addresses, photos, statuses \u2014 and they are needed &#171;today, in time for the meeting&#187;, not in the next sprint.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/article>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-bootstrap-blocks-row row\">\n\t\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-lg-3\">\n\t\t\t\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading with_decor\" id=\"tri-varianta\">Three options:<\/h2>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-lg-5\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"p-2\">\n\t\t\t\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Against it I put forward three scenarios, from the minimal one to the full one:<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"case-facts-grid case-native\">\n\t<div class=\"container case-facts-grid__inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"row row-cols-1 row-cols-sm-2 row-cols-lg-3 case-facts-grid__grid\" data-case-facts-grid>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<article class=\"case-fact\" style=\"--i: 0\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"case-fact__value case-fact__value--short\">1<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"case-fact__title\">Development pages only<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"case-fact__text\"><p>Leave the site as it is and add pages for the residential developments to it. The fastest and cheapest route, but the old site stays old: the new pages would look out of place.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/article>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<article class=\"case-fact case-fact--featured\" style=\"--i: 1\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"case-fact__kicker\">The client&#039;s choice<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"case-fact__value case-fact__value--short\">2<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"case-fact__title\">Redesign + development pages<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"case-fact__text\"><p>A full redesign of the site plus pages for the residential developments. The company gets one coherent modern site, and the developments get a showcase inside it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/article>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<article class=\"case-fact\" style=\"--i: 2\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"case-fact__value case-fact__value--short\">3<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"case-fact__title\">Redesign + an apartment catalogue of our own<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"case-fact__text\"><p>The same again plus an apartment catalogue of its own, built separately around the developer&#8217;s needs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/article>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-bootstrap-blocks-row row case-text\">\n\t\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-lg-6\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"p-2\">\n\t\t\t\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The client chose the second \u2014 it covered the task in full. We did not rewrite the apartment search: the developer already had a sales system running, so we connected to that.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"hr-dashed opacity-50 my-5\">\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-bootstrap-blocks-row row\">\n\t\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-lg-3\">\n\t\t\t\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading with_decor\" id=\"hod-raboty\">How it went:<\/h2>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-lg-5\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"p-2\">\n\t\t\t\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Design and development ran in parallel \u2014 there is no other way to put a site like this together in three weeks.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"case-facts-grid case-native\">\n\t<div class=\"container case-facts-grid__inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"row row-cols-1 row-cols-sm-2 row-cols-lg-3 case-facts-grid__grid\" data-case-facts-grid>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<article class=\"case-fact case-fact--featured\" style=\"--i: 0\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"case-fact__value\">3 weeks<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"case-fact__text\"><p>The whole site was ready in three weeks \u2014 design work included.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/article>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<article class=\"case-fact\" style=\"--i: 1\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"case-fact__title\">One layout<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"case-fact__text\"><p>The pages of the residential developments were built to a single layout: the project cover, the apartment search, a description of the development, selling points, a gallery and lead forms. Because of that the next project is added without markup of its own \u2014 that is how BELINSKI came to the site after VERA.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/article>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<article class=\"case-fact\" style=\"--i: 2\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"case-fact__title\">Everything in fields<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"case-fact__text\"><p>All the content was moved into fields: texts, images, terms, badges, figures. The marketer edits the site themselves, and there is no need to touch the markup for class=\"col-12 col-lg-5\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"p-2\">\n\t\t\t\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The three languages here are real, not a switch for show: every page has a version of its own in English, Russian and Georgian \u2014 with its own content and its own meta tags for search. The spam protection loads not on the first screen but when someone starts filling the form in, so that it does not slow the page down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Along the way I found a break in the pipeline: after the spam check the form submitted by reloading the page, and people could not tell whether the lead had gone through or not. The company keeps it up itself: texts, photos, terms and the status of the developments are changed from the admin panel.
