Leads get lost along the way, the sales team does its maths in Excel, there is nothing to show a client, the site exists \u2014 and gives you nothing. Maybe it is time to automate the routine that eats half of your team’s day.<\/p>\n

Either way, you need a business problem solved, not just a site built. Sometimes a site is the answer, sometimes it is not: you may need a service, a client portal or a system built around your processes. Working out what actually solves the problem is already part of the job \u2014 and that part is mine.<\/p>\n

With me you work directly: no account manager in between and no conveyor belt where two dozen programmers mould something shapeless for a reasonable price. I am Pavel Lazarev, a full-stack developer and IT troubleshooter from Novosibirsk. I started with websites, then moved on to internal software: CRMs, analytics, services that push thousands of leads through every day.

As a rule, I prefer to stick to this stack:<\/p>\n

Web applications \u2014 Laravel<\/b> for the backend and React for the frontend. Websites \u2014 WordPress<\/b>: for most tasks it covers everything that is needed, and the main thing is that afterwards you can run the site yourself.<\/p>\n

It depends on the scope. A project showcase on a ready set of blocks took me two days. A property developer’s website \u2014 with design, three languages and a connection to the sales system \u2014 took three weeks.<\/p>\n
