Introduction:
Evera Development builds in Dubai. They needed a showcase site for their developments — fast and on a modest budget: two days for the whole thing.
There are three residential developments on the site: each has a page of its own, and an apartment can be searched for across all of them at once.
How it went:
I fitted it into two days not through heroics but with ready-made parts: the development pages are assembled from blocks that have already proved themselves, and the apartment search connects to the developer’s sales system instead of being written from scratch for every project.
One page layout for all the developments: a cover with the key figures, the apartment catalogue, a description of the project, video, selling points, a gallery and floor plans. The third project arrived on the site later on the same layout.
The apartment search is tied to the developer’s sales system, so the unit inventory, prices and statuses on the site are the same ones the sales team has. An apartment can be picked visually — right on the render of the building or on the floor plan of the block, where free, reserved and sold units are visible at once — or through filters by number of rooms, price, area, completion date and finish. Plus a summary table across all the developments and a map with the sites.
The unit card holds the floor plan, interior renders, the area including the balcony, the floor, the entrance, the type of finish and the sales team’s contacts.
Leads from the site land in the developer’s CRM and are duplicated to a messenger. Agencies get a separate entrance to the broker portal.
My role:
The site from the first screen to production is mine: assembling the pages, connecting the apartment search to the sales system, the broker portal and the launch. I added the third development later on the same layout.
Result:
Three projects live on one site and are shown in the same level of detail. An apartment is searched for inside a particular development or across all three at once, and a lead from the unit card goes into the sales system. The next project is added on the same layout — with no new markup.
